SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

We would expect from sponsors to pay a sponsorship fee of EUR 5,000. The benefits to sponsors include:

• Exhibition stand in a prime “Sponsor Space’ location near the entrance to the LABAT’2017 Conference Hall
• Proud Sponsor sign at sponsor's exhibition stand
• Two free full delegates’ registrations
• Recognition as Sponsor at opening and closing of LABAT’2017 Conference
• 2 minutes for a welcome address to all delegates at opening of Conference
• Company signage displayed prominently throughout the conference venue
• Sponsorship recognition and company logo included in all LABAT’2017 conference materials (printed and electronic copies), including Conference Program, Volume of Extended Abstracts, Conference e-Proceedings
• One full-page colour advertisement in LABAT’2017 Conference Proceedings
• Inclusion of company brochure and/or other advertising materials in the delegates' packs
• Visibility on LABAT’2017 Conference website with link to Sponsor’s homepage
• Logo included in Recognition in LABAT’2017 email blasts

Also LABAT’2017 Organizing Committee is pleased to make a special offer to companies, corporations and organizations to increase their visibility and enhance their presence in the community by sponsoring coffee breaks or young researchers’ attendance. An individual sponsorship package of benefits could be suggested depending on the level of support.
