EXHIBITION

Following the tradition of all previous conference editions, an exhibition will be held during LABAT'2017, too, There will be over 40 exhibition stands in an area adjacent to the conference hall. Lead-acid battery manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, technology and materials to the battery industry will be provided an excellent opportunity to raise their company's profile and promote new products and services within the two days of the exhibition.
Make sure your company gets involved in one of the most successful conferences on lead-acid batteries and book a stand early to guarantee attractive location.

The exhibition will be open during working hours on the first two days of the Conference (13 and 14 June 2017). Standard exhibition stands with an area of 6 m2, with no walls or ceiling, will be provided. Most stands will be of size 3.00 x 2.00 m and 11 stands sized 3.50 x 1.70 m will also be available. All stands will be furnished with tables, chairs, display boards, single phase 220 V/50 Hz electric power supply and company name board. WiFi internet access will be provided for exhibitors within the exhibition area. If you would need any additional equipment, please advise in due time so that we could make the necessary arrangements. A special conference session will be devoted to the exhibition. Exhibitors will be granted 10 min each to make an oral presentation of their company and/or products and services. The Exhibition Fee is EUR 2300 for the whole time of the exhibition (2 days). The fee covers an equipped stand (6 m2), one full delegate's registration and 10 min time for oral presentation. If three or more persons from your company attend the conference (including the one whose fee is covered by the Exhibition Fee), the other two or more delegates are entitled to a 10% discount on the respective full delegate's fee. They cannot be registered as accompanying persons. Reservation of the exhibition stand shall be guaranteed by payment of the Exhibition Fee in advance. Reduced Exhibition Fees are offered to exhibitors for early payment, as follows:

• 10% discount for payment before October 30, 2016
• 5% discount for payment before March 15, 2017

Exhibition stands will be reserved on a first come first served basis. The provisional reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of payment. Exhibition stand reservations cannot be guaranteed if no payment is received by March 30, 2017.
